We are still waiting for our SMS provider to Fully resolve the problem with SMS messages for our US based customers.
We have worked with our SMS provider to remediate the issue.
Currently some messages are being sent, but others are still experiencing issues.
All of our customers are experiencing an issue where their SMS text notifications are not being sent.
We have identified the problem with our text message carrier and are working on implementing a fix.
