Our email vendor has resolved this issue, so we are now marking this resolved as well.
Our email vendor just said they have identified the issue and their system is now recovering. We are moving our status to recovering, but we haven't seen delays on our side for the last hour. We will mark this resolved as soon as our vendor also marks their issue as resolved.
We have started to see our email queues be processed by our email provider. They are still reporting an issue on their end, so we are hesitant to update the status of this issue to a recovering or resolved state at this time. We will continue to monitor this situation and report updates as we have them.
Our email notification provider is currently experiencing issues receiving email from us and/or processing email. They are currently investigating the issue. We are currently seeing some of our email getting processed, but we are also noticing some delays as well. We will continue to monitor our vendor's status page and update this issue as we learn more from our provider.
